Payment is required before the start of each billing period.
All fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their service at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for months that have already started.

5. Account and Content Ownership

All Pinterest accounts created and managed by our agency remain our property.
All content created, scheduled, or published through these accounts is also owned by our agency.
If a client cancels services, both accounts and content remain with us and cannot be transferred to the client.
This ensures continuity, quality, and compliance across all managed accounts.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information about their business, goals, and relevant marketing assets.
Respond in a timely manner to communications regarding strategy, approvals, or account access.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to achieve measurable growth for clients but do not guarantee specific results.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in illegal activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.
